Terms

Terms of use.

Free to use, for anything, including commercially. The one part worth reading is the part about the dates.

The dates are a starting point

Every date here is collected from an organiser announcement or from trade press reporting one, and is re-checked as editions are confirmed. Organisers still move dates, cancel editions and change deadlines, sometimes late and sometimes without a public notice.

Confirm anything you are about to spend money on with the organiser directly. Do not book flights, accreditation, hotels, shipping or submission fees on the strength of this calendar alone. The information is provided as it is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose, and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from relying on it.

The file is yours

The calendar file you download is yours to keep, edit, re-share and import wherever you like. No attribution is required and no licence is asserted over it.

Not affiliated

Molten Cloud is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any of the markets, festivals, trade shows or organisations named here. Their names and marks belong to them and are used only to identify their events. Nothing here is an invitation, an accreditation, a delegate pass, or any guarantee of access.

Fair use of the service

Use it normally. Do not attempt to break it, overwhelm it, or use it to distribute anything misleading. The site may change or disappear at any time and no availability is promised.
